Participant Information
- The sponsoring company golfs as a team and the Whirlpool host is selected by Whirlpool leadership.
- For their sponsorship, the company may bring three (3) players and the fourth player will be a Whirlpool host.
- Participants are financially responsible for their travel arrangements, hotel accommodations and any incidentals.
- Participants are responsible for making their own travel and hotel reservations. Information regarding hotel room blocks can be found at Player Info.
- Electronic invitations for $150,000, $100,000, $75,000, $50,000, $30,000 and $15,000 sponsorship levels will be emailed to the Partner Company contact once a Donation Commitment Form has been completed. They should forward the invitation to their players so that they can complete their Player Registration.
- Invoices will be sent electronically to the Partner Company contact indicated on your Donation Commitment Form.
- Invoices for Hole Sponsors will be sent electronically to the Partner Company Contact listed on the Partner Company Donation Commitment Form and will include details for submitting your company logo for signage and RSVP for the Fireside Chat and After-Tournament Gathering.
- The event details will be in the electronic invitation that will be sent to the Partner Company Contact listed on the Partner Company Donation Commitment Form.
- Player registration will open on April 17 and close on July 8.
- Your team’s golf course assignment will be indicated in the Final Player Confirmation letter that will be emailed to all players the week of July 21. Once received you can then contact the appropriate golf shop to reserve clubs, if needed. Players are responsible for the rental cost of golf clubs. We strongly encourage you to bring your own golf clubs.
