By May 24, Partner Company contact completes the Partner Company Donation Commitment Form. This form is required to receive the electronic invoice
(Payment due by July 26)

Partner Company receives invoice for Hole Sponsor donation via email with donation payment due by July 26

By July 12, Partner Company Hole Sponsor sends hi-res logo in an .eps or vector format AND a .png or .jpeg format to:

By July 29, Partner Company Hole Sponsor completes the After-Tournament Gathering RSVP form online for their two guests
